RFV Legal reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in North Carolina, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms.
